C&T Cellar is a small operation that focuses on quality wines from the Napa Valley. The 2008 Edna Valley Chardonnay came from two neighboring vineyards within the Appellation. Both cool climate vineyards with long track records for producing quality wines.
From the winemaker – “Nice green apple, pear and honeysuckle aromas, on the palate the wine is very well balance with wonderful acidity and texture. Green apples, pears and apricots dominate the palate with a perfect amount of creaminess to hold up to the acidity. This non-malolactic fermented chardonnay delivers a fabulous mouthful of flavors with a long finish.”
This wine pairs nicely with rich seafood dishes, roast chicken or pasta with cream sauce.
