Sourcing from both the Napa and Sonoma appellations allows our winemaker to blend a wine which accentuates the best of what each region has to offer. Napa County Cabernet provides lush, jammy, ripe fruit flavors to the blend in a very free-spirited yet elegant manner. The Sonoma County Cabernet adds fresh red and black fruit flavors along with a strong, disciplined structural foundation.

The blend of these two regions creates an expansive palate that offers dark fruit flavors, round tannins and an enduring finish. Sweet vanilla nuances and the occasional savory note make this Cabernet a truly unique wine.”
This wine is best served with roast beef, steak, steak prepared with dark and hearty sauces or red wine sauces, beef stew, or short ribs. Hard cheeses like Parmigiano or romano and firm cheeses like cheddar.
