Founded in 1876, Beringer is the oldest continuously operating vineyard in Napa Valley. Head winemaker Laurie Hook directs operations at 14 different vineyards which produce almost as many varieties of wine.
From the Wine Maker – “This Beringer Sauvignon Blanc comprises a range fresh fruit and subtle herbal aromas and flavors. We enjoy it on its own, as an aperitif, but we find it also works well with a variety of cuisines, including flavorful Asian and Mexican dishes.”
Great with lobster, crab, shrimp, spicy or cajun flavored shrimp, scallops with light to medium sauces. Cobb, chef, pasta, shrimp, lemon-herb and Caesar salads.
