With this Vouvray pressing of the grapes and overnight settling; controlled alcoholic fermentation in order to preserve the residual sugar. The winemakers aim to produce wines that are perfectly balanced between fresh fruit and floral aromas.
From the Wine Maker – “Pale straw with green highlights. Great nose of subtle white flowers mixed with white fruits A lovely and intense wine with floral notes, peach and pear flavours.”
This Chenin Blanc grape pairs very well with seafood, especially shrimp and crab.
