The Vermentino is hand harvested when their maturation level is verified. The grapes are destemmed, pressed and immediately cooled to 54°F; fermentation in stainless steel, aged for 6 months on its lees and 2 months in the bottle.
From the Wine Maker – “Bouquet: Intense with sweet notes of exotic fruit; fresh with notes of magnolia, sambuco and almonds – Flavor: Powerful, full and intense in the mouth with enjoyable acidity; persistent nose with an almond finish characteristic of this varietal.”
Lovely aperitif and an ideal pairing for fish; excellent complement to grilled shrimp or sea bass, fish soups, oven-baked grouper and cheeses.
