We’d like to say it’s a Ménage made in heaven, but to be truthful, it was made in Napa Valley. (Hey, who’s splitting hairs?)
A great food wine, it will complement dishes like Halibut, Mahi Mahi, Monkfish, Red Snapper, Rock cod, Salmon, Sea Bass, Shark, Sole, Swordfish, Tilapia, Trout and Tuna sautéed, grilled, roasted or baked with or without sauces.
