This wine is Soft, velvety and generous with its tobacco-accented plum and brown sugar flavors, lingering on the supple, spicy finish. It is a blend of 77% Shiraz, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 12% Merlot.
From the winemaker – “Deep Black Purple. Intense aromas of blackcurrant, stewed plums, cherry, and chocolate. Full-bodied berry palate with a sweet long-lasting finish.”
This wine pairs nicely with Wild game meats like; squab, pigeon, dove, pheasant, venison (deer), buffalo, boar and ostrich or Hard, savory cheeses like Parmigiano, Romano and Cheddar.
